Personal Statement

“I offer individual psychodynamic psychotherapy and psychoanalysis in a welcoming, private, and relaxed setting designed to be a contemplative and safe space. My approach is client-centered and tailored to each person’s unique needs. Your voice will be heard with care, compassion, and confidentiality. I incorporate mindfulness-based techniques to enhance self-compassion and self-acceptance, which are instrumental in improving relationships, self-esteem, and creating a more fulfilling  future.

I address various mental health issues, often stemming from unsatisfying early relationships or trauma. Such experiences can leave individuals feeling unworthy, directionless, or disillusioned. Therapeutic work aims to explore all aspects of a patient’s life. In treatment, there is an emphasis on recognizing the skills and strengths a person already possesses while simultaneously identifying and working on perceived vulnerabilities and limitations.

I believe the mind has an immense capacity to heal. Through our therapeutic relationship, we will work together to create a trusting alliance where healing can occur. This process includes creating deeper insight and  understanding of the issues currently troubling you and discovering paths toward greater life satisfaction and self-love.”
